Dr. Linda Thorsen Bond is a journalist, author and producer.  She has written and produced over 20 original historic plays, including several in Nacogdoches, the oldest town in Texas. She writes for magazines, newspapers and television. As a board member of the Railway Museum of San Angelo, she reads a story for "Rail Tales" live online every Monday.

 

She wrote "San Angelo A to Z: A Young Reader's Guide" for Abilene Christian University Press & the San Angelo Area Foundation.

 

Bond wrote and produced "Hot Time in the Old Town" about the Hoverhome in Longmont, Colorado.  The video won a 2018 silver Telly Award for People's Choice across the whole United States. It also won a bronze award for a historical production. "Eyes of Longmont," part of Longmont Channel 8, recorded and edited the video.
